The Brays Bay development is a large-scale, mixed-use project comprising two high-rise towers of 21 and 26 levels, connected by a shared four-level basement carpark and podium. This significant project brings together residential, commercial and community spaces, including an aged care facility, retail, a fire station, a public plaza, and provision for a future bridge connection to the adjacent park. It reflects our capability in managing large, complex developments with diverse uses, while ensuring integration with surrounding infrastructure.
