Site 2 is a major mixed-use development comprising two towers of 13 and 46 storeys, connected by a shared four-level basement. The project presents a range of complex challenges, including coordination around a live rail tunnel within the site, managing the preservation of a 300+ tonne fig tree, working alongside the construction of a new light rail corridor, and delivering two new roads. This development highlights our capability in managing large-scale, technically demanding projects within constrained urban environments.
